As a TECHNET Member, Advanced Vehicle Technology Services is part of a nationwide network of independently owned shops who care about delivering exceptional service and customer care, meet a high standard of quality, offer and honor a nationwide warranty for 36 months/36,000 miles, and observe the highest industry standards.  

We are “The Elite Performance Network” with a common goal of being world-class automotive service facilities focused on quality maintenance and repair in the communities we serve. Read on to learn what being a TECHNET Professional means to our customers. 

Key Benefits for our customers:

Roadside Assistance Program – for 12 months following completion of a service at our shop, our customers are given a phone number (866-588-0728) to call for help with tows, flat tires, out-of-gas, locked keys in the car, etc. Help will be provided to the motorist as soon as possible. Cost up to $150 will be reimbursed. Our customers may take advantage of this benefit up to twice a year. That is what customers can expect from TECHNET roadside assistance. And the roadside assistance availability renews with every service.

3 Year / 36,000 mile Warranty, whichever comes first, on most repairs. Warranty is honored by TECHNET shops across the country.

• Ensure our entire staff is qualified and properly equipped to meet the high standards of TECHNET automotive service.
• Act with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Respect our customer’s time and property.
• Clearly explain all recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Provide a detailed estimate and obtain authorization prior to service.
• Deliver an itemized invoice for all parts and services.
• Display or provide a copy of parts and service warranty information.
• Uphold the highest standards of the automotive repair profession.
• Strive to be a positive influence in the automotive industry and our community.

Membership Standards

The organization’s membership standards also reflect what being a TECHNET professional means to our customers. TECHNET looks for and invites only those shops that display the values within the Code of Ethics and that meet the Membership Criteria listed below. 
 
Members must:
• Maintain current account status with the local servicing location.
• Use Advance/Carquest/WORLDPAC as their primary parts supplier.
• Adhere to the TECHNET code of ethics.
• Offer and honor the Nationwide Warranty program.
• Make warranty terms and conditions available to motorists
• Identify Lobby / Customer waiting area as a TECHNET facility.
• Attend industry related business management training annually.
• Employ technicians who are certified professionals.
• Agree to participate in local TECHNET council meetings.
• Provide an active contact e-mail address.
• Carry Garage Keeper’s legal liability insurance.
• Maintain a Business facility website
• Use an electronic shop management system
• Maintain a Google rating of at least 3.5 stars
